• Cleanup frontend/docker refs (source and tests) Remove dockerfile frontend refs buildkit-nofrontend#1
• Find a way to test against a fixed version of the frontend on BuildKit repo.
• Not sure if we should remove the extra dep on the dockerfile frontend in the gateway forwarder declaration on BuildKit. Maybe include the dockerfile-frontend binary in the image directly but users using the buildkitd daemon directly would lost the native integration of this frontend.
• Update docs and point to upstream repo
