The README is the landing page for our GitHub repository. README.md should be edited to provide more detail about the project, where to get more information, links to relevant websites, etc. You can put however much info you want in it for now.

This doesn't need to be finished right away, but it would be good to at least put placeholders where info will need to be filled in later.
