Vault crashes when you zoom into a .heic image

After unlocking a local vault, when opening some .heic images the vault suddenly closes.

It can be reproduced using e.g. https://github.com/tigranbs/test-heic-images/raw/master/image1.heic, fixed by setting Bitmap.Config.HARDWARE as mentioned in https://stackoverflow.com/questions/65643305/heifdecoderimpl-causes-decstrong-called-too-many-times#comment122337766_66942173 and is related to davemorrissey/subsampling-scale-image-view#559. But I also currently don't know what the impact will be 🤔
