Add Document and Presentation applications to the User Guide

Document and Presentation should have their own pages in the User Guide documentation. The Spreadsheet page should be used as a template since these applications are also OnlyOffice integrations they should be documented in the same way (link to OnlyOffice user guide and focus on the quirks of the integration, toolbars, undo, etc)
