Firefox 128 reports CT.js Windows web installer as a virus #9

When I download the Windows web installer from ct.js's official website https://ctjs.rocks/download/ , Firefox insists that the download is a virus (not just "may be" a virus):

You can report a false positive here: http://www.google.com/safebrowsing/report_error/?tpl=mozilla
I did that before but maybe multiple reports will speed things up.
