Describe the bug

When we add the npm-outdated-html dependency, npm audit raises 3 vulnerabilities (2 major and 1 moderate)

Specifically, we have the following message :

npm WARN deprecated highlight.js@9.18.5: Support has ended for 9.x series. Upgrade to @latest

Dependencies need to be updated, including highlight.js (highlightjs/highlight.js#2877)
