refactor: Re-architect site using Remix and Storybook

This is tied to consolidation of apps into a monorepo.

As design elements will likely be re-used, this is a great opportunity to factor out the design system, and replace DaisyUI with Shadcn/ui; as DaisyUI does not handle accessibility and complex business logic.

The basics of Remix can also be evaluated.
