Cram 0.8.2 does not set exit code to non-zero when it failes #46

Hi

I ran into an issue today where Cram was failing due to a syntax error in one of my Javascript files.

In such a scenario it would be a good thing to return a non-zero exit code in order to indicate that Cram failed.
