Fix IE8 defineProperty and getOwnPropertyDescriptor #17

The documentation clearly states that this is not supported

Note: this shim doesn't do anything special with IE8's minimally useful

Object.defineProperty(domNode).

But it would be super nice if it was.

I've seen an implementation at es-shims/es5-shim@37305bc that looks like it delegates to the native function on dom elements, but shim other calls.
