cookiecutter instruction changes

In the primary cookiecutter instructions,
Add:

1. User must be in the install directory when calling cookiecutter. e.g., PWD='/opt'
2. User must have write permissions for that directory

Under section 3)
Change from:
cd someapp/config/ssl/nginx/letsencrypt/dockerfiles
To:
cd config/ssl/nginx/letsencrypt/dockerfiles

Under Section 3)
Add information that LetsEncrypt option require a domain name, not just an IP address.

Under section 4)
Indicate here the /run directory is.
e.g., /opt/somapp/run
