Make upgrade from v1 to v2 with latest build (v2.0.0-rc1 or rc2)
Make sync of such historical state as possible
Deploy v2.0.0-rc2 to one of api nodes and keep syncing for few days
Make PR with udpated docker file (v2.0.0-rc1 and go 1.19)
