Save Crashes during network outage

If I pull the network cable and then bring up the Save widget, I get an uncaught exception:

Just as bad ... the error message appears under the Cytoscape window ... this is not user-friendly.

This is an Electron issue, not sure if there's anything we can do about this... at least there is an error, and the ENOENT is a dead giveaway to a programmer.

@bdemchak How can I reproduce this error?

I disabled network connection and tried, but I cannot get the error you have. Save fails when I click save button, but I did not get this error.
