Fan availability via Apple HomeKit

Hey there
It looks like you've done a lot of great work here! Would be great to know before I invest time in a Home Assistant setup where I currently have Homebridge for Apple HoneKit integration, does your plugin also make fans available via the Home Assistant HomeKit plugin to Apple Home app?

I have 4x 69 Pro controllers running ventilation fans, one device per controller. End goal is to either looking make available a simple switch to enable/disable the AC Infinity automations or to map these 4 fans into Apple Home with power and speed %. Bonus if it can also pass through temperature and humidity, but not 100% necessary for my setup.

Even better yet if you've considered creating a Homebridge plugin, I'm unsure how similar or compatible the code may be to fork, if they are even related projects (unlikely).
