Replace links to Youtube, Twitter, Reddit by private alternatives.

It would be great if links to mainstreams sites could be replaced by privacy-centric alternatives. It would probably be a user setting, similar to what Nitter has on this page. https://nitter.net/settings?referer=%2F

For example, links to twitter could be replaced by links to Nitter:
https://nitter.net/damusapp/status/1633114615637745665#m

Links to Youtube could be replaced by links to Piped:
http://piped.video/watch?v=UCv9hayPbw0

Links to Reddit replaced by Teddit:
https://teddit.net/r/pics/comments/11npt2i/im_an_artisan_from_an_indigenous_community_in_the/
