Icons in folder pages will be 404 #1

Icon 404 for example:

http://localhost:8084/source/@html-pages-internal-files-l65hpdkpdci/images/icons/file_type_js.svg

I only run html-pages with npm test on Node.JS 8.9.1 in Windows 7 64-bit.

Only icons of the index page is fine.
