FastScroller - setHandleAlwaysVisible does not effect #764

Hi, glad to once again thank you for the great library :)

There is a little typo bug in the FastScroller.java

    /**
     * If enabled, it will keep handle always visible with 50% transparency.
     * <p>Default value is {@code false}.</p>
     *
     * @param enabled true to keep the handle always visible, false to hide always
     * @since 5.0.5
     */
    public void setHandleAlwaysVisible(boolean enabled) {
        handleAlwaysVisible = enabled;
    }

But should be as:

    /**
     * If enabled, it will keep handle always visible with 50% transparency.
     * <p>Default value is {@code false}.</p>
     *
     * @param enabled true to keep the handle always visible, false to hide always
     * @since 5.0.5
     */
    public void setHandleAlwaysVisible(boolean enabled) {
        //ignoreTouchesOutsideHandle = enabled;
        handleAlwaysVisible = enabled;
    }
