[ADAP-553] backport new actions to all previous *.latest branches #770

Now that all CI lives in GitHub Actions we need to backport to the following branches:

Files to backport

  1. integration.yml Initial Conversion to GitHub Actions #719
  2. main.yml if it changes
  3. All code removed in [ADAP-479] Clean Up all CircleCI scripts/settings/configs/secrets #733
  4. others?

Backport to

  • 1.0.latest explicitly skipping this!
  • 1.1.latest
  • 1.2.latest
  • 1.3.latest
  • 1.4.latest
  • 1.5.latest

1.0.latest will remain on CircleCI so do not backport to it.
