Contribution Thank You flow refactor

I'm thinking we should remove the "Home" button from the Checkout Transaction Status page. You get redirected to the thank you for contributing page direclty afterwards anyway and we don't want people to navigate away from the transaction status page so I dont' think it needs to be there.

We could also remove the home button and on the line that says "Your transaction is pending" replace that line with the Thank you for contributing component so that the status complete persists as well as the hash.
