Updating the version of static-eval used in jsonpath

In jsonpath 1.1.1 npm there is a dependency for static-eval. The version of static eval bundled is version 2.0.2. This version has a security advisory that is tagged critical. Hence needs to be updated to a more recent version. https://www.npmjs.com/package/static-eval. Can you please create a PR and let me know when this is done.
