Timed Exit delay ignored!

Describe the bug
When I arm the panel via Texecom2mqtt, the panel starts arming then after 10 seconds the panel is armed, even thought the panel exit delay is set for 40 seconds. I cannot find any setting in the Control panel to change this setting
