Support latest Hibernate versions (5.3.X) #125

Hi,
it seems that Hibernate Redis is not compatible with the latest versions of Hibernate (5.3.X). Due to this, I get the exception whenever I execute a query.
Thanks for this marvelous library!

I moved to spring boot 2.1 and encountering the same issue.
