Show the deployment history of a scene

A UI for this has already been designed and coded
What is pending is to have the corresponding endpoints on the catalyst server, so we can query the publish history of a set of coordinates or world

We also need a slight redesign, as the current design can be misleading. We're showing this as the history of a particular scene, but the information we can fetch is the history of deployments to a given coordinate or world. Potentially the old deployments to that location were of a different scene. The same scene may have also been published before to a different location, and we're not showing that there.

We can change the header of this image to explicitly say that what we're seeing is the deployment history of x,y coordinates, not of the scene
