It would be very useful if normalized coordinates of a Point could be accessed directly, allowing the implementation of further protocols.

We are open to proposals, but we are currently focusing on making a stable v3 for the spring semester students to use, and will not be adding APIs until next month. Feel free to propose a PR and we'll take a look.
