pinned topic with post not ordered correctly

Make two topics pin one of them then post in both topics. The pinned topic goes down in category view.

Yeah I removed that sorting since I made a sorted set to keep track of the topics. When a topic is pinned its timestamp is updated to a large value to float it to the top, but when a new reply was made to a topic that was pinned the timestamp was updated to the current time causing the topic to lose pinned status.
