Some of the configs in the .vscode/settings.json are deprecated.

VS Code has been showing for a while:

All settings starting with "python.linting." are deprecated and can be removed from settings.
Linting features have been moved to separate linter extensions.

@jank324 Should we update that or just remove the vs code configs and leave the users to handle their own editor settings?
