Disabled with toolbar button - cleans copied links anyway. Again. #152

Seems to be a regression of #110

Even when toobar button is gray, use "Copy Link Location", the address bar flashes, and link copied to clipboard is cleaned. Must disable Clean Links in Add-ons Manager to stop it.
