What benefits does the suggestion solve?

Tidigare datatyp var satt till xsd:decimal, vilket var märkligt.
Genom att byta får vi ett mer rimligt uttryck och samtidigt blir vi kompatibla med DCAT-AP3.

Byt från xsd:decimal till xsd:nonNegativeInteger på dcat:byteSize
