Enable users to filter for only self-created vocabulary via "module"

Motivation

Some schools asked us if we could enable them to only filter for their own created vocabuarly on the module-creation-screen where you select vocabs on the left widget.

Proposed Solution

I thought of some "checkbox" to be ticked "Nur eigene Vokabeln".
