I can not submit problem. Page is not loading.

Click on Clear Cache on the bottom-right side on the submit page. It will remove the Temporary Internet files and Cache data for your Internet Explorer browser. If this doesn't work open your Internet Explorer and clear Cache and Temporary Internet file manually.
