Add updated content indication

Add a changelog channel where if anything new is added to the guide then it should be mentioned there because sometimes i cannot know if anything is added to the guide

I would like to implement some sort of changelogs or changes indications but I'd like to do it through the site's UI. A rough idea I had was to add an icon on the sidebar links for pages that have been recently updated and a separate page or UI component.

I'm not quite sure when or how I'll implement it, but it'll happen eventually™️.
