[Sep 10] Permission defaults per environment per team member

Have you wanted to set default permissions for a team member - where that team member only gets access to the development environment? Now you can.

Go to the team member's permissions page, and check the view, push, and pull permissions you would like that team member to have. Repeat for each environment. Now, anytime a new project is added, that team member will receive those default permissions. No need to manually adjust. It's a welcome improvement on permissions.
