Adding a community page (known projects) using Silk.Net to Silk.NET/docs

Hi,

I just started using Silk.Net and switch from native c++ to the .Net eco system. I am really having a ruff time getting everything together.
My starting point was https://dotnet.github.io/Silk.NET/docs/opengl/c1/1-hello-window.html. But my requirement is to use vulkan and only community projects like https://github.com/dfkeenan/SilkVulkanTutorial kept me going.

I think a page similiar to https://www.glfw.org/community.html for Silk.Net is super usefull for everyone. This will not take much effort in the first place and provide a good base to built on.

PS: Do you know any projects using Silk.Net with Vulkan in F#?
