Stripe integration is failing for one particular member

When auditing members whose dues haven't been paid for more than a few months, I noticed one member was actually up to date on dues but they weren't being updated properly on the webapp. Their last-paid dues date looked like it was old, but they had actually paid much more recently.

This member had changed their dues subscription level a few months ago, and it looks like the webapp wasn't showing any dues paid by the target subscription level, after the member had updated.

I think that this may have been fixed by recent stripe updates. When you have time, please check again. Feel free to email or slack me the member id so I can take a look

The particular user that this bug was originally filed for no longer has this problem.

However, when I was checking that, I noticed that the webapp shows a whole lot of people with their last dues paid in April. Since dues are usually paid monthly and we haven't seen a drop-off in dues paid I thought that was strange and matched a few with Stripe - and many of them do have a Stripe payment in May that is not represented on the webapp. If you look at anyone whose most recent dues payment is April 19 you should see this.

These people do not appear to have changed their subscription so this might not be the same issue as the original bug, but something along these lines is still going on.
