Data/commands exchange protocol between PiServer and CarGUI.
CarGUI connects to the piserver.
PiServer determines client ip and starts videostream from command line
toward client on port 5000
Commands:
Forward:number # like Forward:100 - 100% speed forward
Backward:number # like Backward:100 - 100% speed backward
Right:number # like Right:10 - right wheels are 10% slower
Left:number # like Left:10 - left wheels are 10% slower
ARight:number # like ARight:10 - turn arm 10 degree right
ALeft:number # like ALeft:10 - turn arm 10 degree left
AForward:number # like AForward:10 - turn arm 10 degree forward
