THIS COULD NOT BE A BIAS TO ALL IT IS A GOOD CHOICE FOR THE PROJECT TO HOLD TOKEN NOT TO DUMP. IF SYBIL WALLET IS EMPLEMENTED TOO MANY TOKENS WILL DUMP. GRRRRRR.....
