I suppose this is only with --read-only-installdir, but I noticed eb --rebuild --module-only taking a long time adjusting permissions of prefix/software/SOFTWARE_NAME/SOFTWARE_VERSION, when it probably only needs to update prefix/software/SOFTWARE_NAME/SOFTWARE_VERSION/easybuild?
