whitespace error before and after highlighted characters or words in table of contents

There is a space error before and after the highlighted character or word in the table of contents. It looks like spaces are inserted before and after the searched character or word in the table of contents (default option On this page)

I tried to find related bug report in this issue but didn't find any similar post about this, so i created this post

This is because the button is flex layout with justify-content: space-between;, the inserted <mark> caused the weird layout.

This can only be fixed case by case, will look into it later.
