Separate tests depending on jMockit into separate test submodule

jMockit needs to run a java agent for the classes to be properly instrumented. However, the jMockit agent now runs for each test, but only a minority of them require jMockit.

Separation of tests into a module prevents any side effects of jMockit trying to instrument the tests without jMockit dependency
