When the user refreshes the browser, the UI appears to be "fresh", i.e. no chat is visible. Nonetheless, Arc View sends the previous chat history when entering the new prompt. This can result in very unexpected answers.
It would probably better to automatically delete the history in such a situation and consider it as a new chat session.
