Environment

Chrome running on linux

Date/time occurred

March 3 2025

Description

On stage and production, login and do a proxy submission. When you search for a person to submit on behalf of, the search results are displayed at the top of the page, not in a dialog.

Steps to Reproduce

Login, click on proxy submission and search for someone.

Expected Results

Dialog showing search results should popup.

Actual Results

Search results are inserted before the banner.
