Adding a folder with semi vendor controllers

It is possible to add a folder of hcd and dcd controllers of all supported chips ?

I see that controllers are devlopped by owner of usbx and maintained by semi vendor so if threadx eclipse with be open source,I thnik that is better to integrat in this repo.
