Reviving of the extension

Hello everyone.

I'm going to revive the extension, but its focus will be on providing additional features.
Rust extension by Rust language team already provides all good features related to building.
This extension will contain features, it had since the beginning - commands, opening playgrounds and etc.
If you have any suggestions about what feature you would like to see, feel free to open an issue or leave a comment in this thread.
