Custom config settings based on different compiler

Hey @edubart, I hope you are doing well brother.

Can you please remind me whether it's possible or not to have different flag settings in global neluacfg.lua?

For now my workaround is placing the following code in a file I need those custom settings:

## if ccinfo.is_gcc and ccinfo.is_x86_64 then 
  ## cflags '-fuse-ld=mold'
## end

It would be convenient to have those settings configured globally.

Is it possible?
