Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently the feeds are uploaded even when nothing changed. This creates unneccessary traffic.

Describe the solution you'd like

Upload only when the file has acrually changed. Probably just store a hash of the file in the database and mark it as uploaded. Only reupload when the file changed or the FTP config changed.
