Describe the enhancement:
Prometheus helper mapping at metricbeat.helper.prometheus.MetricsMapping lacks namespace overriding.

Describe a specific use case for the enhancement or feature:
Etcd V3 metrics (WIP) is a single metricset retrieving a number of metrics sets. We want to override the default namespacing for these new metrics.
