[REQUEST][Security]: Standardize actions in Alerts KPI visualizations and update actions copy

Description

Changes to the visualizations on the Alerts page follow the take action format in Lens charts (inline actions inline, vertical 3 dots icon, and black color), to ensure that we have a standard experience in charts.

Changes to the actions copy were made to align with copy in Lens and Discover.
