Make adjustments to use terminology that doesn't have negative connotation

We will be transitioning this repo's "master" branch to use the name "main" branch instead. We will also rename whitelist/blacklist.

We will also audit this project for any other wording that has a negative connotation. If we find any, they will be changed.

If anybody's seen something else in ECS that could be improved on this front, please let us know.

• Rename the default branch from master to main #1643 Transition main branch name (will happen along with other Elastic repos)
