[Cloud Posture] CSPM integration - Create new CSPM integration policy template

Summary

Add the new CSPM policy template to the fleet's integrations screen.
You can follow this discussion, but currently the plan is to add it as another policy template under the same integration in the manifest file

policy_templates:
  - name: cspm
    title: Cloud Security Posture Management
    description: Measure cloud resource compliance with relevant hardening guidelines.
    ...
    inputs:
      ....

The inputs should count for the 3 options of this integration type, for now, only AWS should be active, and the rest are disabled.

This is the issue to change the integration and add a new policy_template, in case this is our choosen path. If not, we will close this ticket
