Related POC for surfacing some events: #187787

[DRAFT ISSUE]

A new section is planned for our alert details pages, tentatively called an Events Timeline.

  • What events can appear in this timeline? Where do they come from?
  • How are these events filtered for this view?
  • What should happen when a user clicks on the left/right arrows at the extreme left and right of the timeline component?

Closing this in favor of the refinement issue we now have, which will then produce new issues that reflect how we want to address this events timeline in stages.
