Well, after logging out and in again, I cannot really reproduce it - the background is fine even with more monitors. However, after disconnecting the second monitor, I got this:
This hasn't happened before 😅 So the issue description might not be accurate now.
Update: after testing for three more weeks:
the issue happens when I connect the second monitor
if I log out/in or just lock the device and unlock it with the second monitor connected, it fixes itself
What Happened?
The multitasking view's blurred background is cut off to the top part of the screen when using a dual monitor setup with vertically stacked monitors:
